Farheen is a Lifestyle Modification Coach and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She is a PhD Scholar in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Mumbai and due to her inclination towards business and learning she has also completed her studies in Marketing and Economics at postgraduate level. Farheen is a life member of Indian Dietetic Association, Association of Diabetes Educator and Nutrition Society of India where has contributed her expertise in educating community workers on basics of nutrition in remote areas.

Farheen, as part of her PhD, is pulling the Indian arm of the Picky Eating Project under the guidance of Dr Subhadra Mandalika and Dr Rati Jani to find the association of picky eating with growth and bitter taste perception in 7-12 year old children.
