This exciting nutrition and exercise program aims to improve the physical health of young people who have experienced early psychosis. Cardiometabolic health is important to monitor and enhance in young people who have experienced mental illness as this reduces the risk of developing further physical and mental health issues.

Using a comprehensive, integrated care approach, co-designed by a research and clinical team, the primary aim of this program is to improve the physical and mental health of young people (14-25 years) who have experienced early onset psychosis or are at ultra-high risk of developing psychosis.

The program will include a nutrition and exercise intervention over a 12-week period.

PLEASE NOTE: This project was successfully completed.
